This quote describes the importance of what we are doing in Pil Leadership Development. It is important to stay true to who you are as a leader, but also as an individual. In my 10 years’ experience as a leader, I have felt the importance of placing myself in the bigger story. I have used my vulnerability and personal history to create a good work climate with focus on values. To lead with both passion and empathy for the culture. 

Do not complicate things, just be. 

This is easier said than done. We tend to lean into comfort. To create change we need to do the opposite - lean into discomfort. I believe in culture, courage, and purpose as a trinity. I want to create a breeding ground for wonder, and for change. The leaders of tomorrow need to lead with stronger values, empathy, culture, and generosity.

I am certified in Cultural Assessment and can guide various groups and companies to conduct a “value and culture mapping” and work with process guidance and change management. Qualified teacher and instructor in Qigong and Taiji (Taijiwuqigong)..
