Workshop

A workshop is a meeting at where a group of people engage in discussion and activity on a particular subject or project. Our workshops usually lasts for two days, but we are flexible and can adjust to your, or your organization needs.

Our courses

Module one:
Cultural assessment workshop

If you do something good at work – was it conscious or unconscious? Our brains create routines that often run automatically and make us unaware of our surroundings and what we do.

This course was created by Pil Leadership Development because of this. To make you, or your team, more aware of what is happening around you. On what creates success, and what creates dissatisfaction. Make you aware of what we are going to continue with and what we can reject. This is a crucial element in change management.

Module two:
Cultural assessment workshop – for leaders

Who are you as a leader? Do you respect the values of your employees, or are you too profit-oriented? How should you lead through empathy for culture and values? In this module, we will work to shape you into tomorrow's leader.

How often do you feel like you make a difference?

You will be introduced to Barrett's model of leadership, which is a useful tool to use in later contexts as well. The exercises we will go through in this workshop can also be run together with your team in your organization. Why do we need this? Today's companies and organizations are often built on old systems that fail to solve tomorrow's challenges. Without value-based leadership, culture and creativity, today's organizations will be taken over by tomorrows.
